    Every PPA Client has a dedicated Client Advisor whom will serve as a patient concierge, navigator, representative and partner. This relationship is the strategic center of the program. It ensures the continuum of needs are met efficiently, and the continuum of care is followed effectively. Client Advisors are sophisticated, highly experienced healthcare leaders; RNs whom prioritize your health and well-being.

  • Medical providers

    Every PPA Client is connected to a network of highly experienced acute care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants. PPA Clients experience a true partnership with these providers both in person and virtually. Time spent together is determined by the Patient need or objective. Not by insurance or medical systems. Client Advisors and Medical Providers seamlessly work together to ensure expeditious seamless continuum of care.

  • Radiology & Labs

    Information is power. Diagnostic tools such as an MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-Ray and labs can take weeks to months in the traditional system. PPA Clients enjoy the ease and efficiency of their Client Advisor’s network to ensure significantly faster scheduling, results and discussions with our team for next steps.

  • Mobile Services

    PPA Clients have access to mobile medical services. Depending on your need, your Client Advisor has the ability to schedule a Physician, PA, NP, Physical Therapist, RN, or MA to your home or office.
